Refund policy
1. Returns & Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Non-returnable / non-refundable items:

- Items that show obvious wear or damage by the customer
To initiate a return, contact us at team@beardrytore.com (or via the “Contact Us” page) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

Ship returns to the address we provide in the return instructions.
3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a mistake (defective item shipped, wrong product, etc.).

Please be aware that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may take additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to change size, colour, or product:

Return the original product for a refund (as per policy above).

Place a new order for the item you prefer.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@beardrystore.com

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage (including packaging, if relevant).

We will arrange:

A replacement (if available)

Or a full refund, including return shipping costs

We will cover return shipping in such cases.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days:

Double-check your bank or credit card statement.

Contact your payment provider to see if there was a delay.

If you’ve done that and still don’t see the refund, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
