1. About

Bear Dry is a UK-based independent retailer of contemporary unisex fashion and accessories, specialising in waterproof backpacks, clothing, hats, and related gear. 


2. Orders and Contract Formation

  1. Placing an Order
    When you place an order via the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged by email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is confirmation that we have received it.

  2. Changes or Cancellations
    If you wish to change or cancel an order, you should contact us as soon as possible at team@beardrystore.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but once the goods are dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


3. Prices & Payment

  1. Prices
    All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. 

  2. Payment Methods
    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. By submitting your payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

  3. Payment Security
    Payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors. Bear Dry does not store your complete card details on our servers.


4. Warranty & Faulty Goods

We endeavour to ensure our products are of high quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — designs, text, images, logos, trademarks — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to Bear Dry. You may not reproduce, store or transmit any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.


6. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. What Data We Collect
    We collect personal information when you place orders, create an account, subscribe to newsletters, etc. This may include name, address, email, payment information, etc.

  2. How We Use It
    To process orders, communicate updates, improve our products & services, send marketing (if you opt-in), and comply with legal obligations.

    We will not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (shipping companies, payment processors) only as necessary for order fulfilment and with due diligence regarding their data protection and security practices.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms if this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, etc.).


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
