Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it’s undamaged. You’ll be eligible for a refund or an exchange. For any return issues or questions, contact us at team@beardrystore.com. Note: we reserve the right to refuse refunds on returns under certain conditions.
What if my item or size is out of stock?
If your product or size is out of stock, just email us at team@beardrystore.com. We’ll do our best to restock as quickly as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 230pm will ship the same day. Orders after 230pm will ship the next working day. Orders placed over weekends will ship on Monday. Bank Holiday orders ship the next available working day.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Are the backpacks durable?
We use the highest fabric qualities (PVC & Oxford Materials) with reinforced stitching, and build quality.
Are the Backpacks comfortable?
Backpacks are all made with padded straps, weight distribution, ergonomic design, ventilated back panels, and fit-tests.
Will my laptop fit in a BackPack?
All backpacks are built to hold a variety of laptop sizes.
