Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item within 7 days of receipt, provided it’s undamaged. You’ll be eligible for a refund or an exchange. For any return issues or questions, contact us at team@beardrystore.com. Note: we reserve the right to refuse refunds on returns under certain conditions.
What if my item or size is out of stock?
If your product or size is out of stock, just email us at team@beardrystore.com. We’ll do our best to restock as quickly as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 PM will ship the same day. Orders after 2 PM will ship the next working day. Orders placed over weekends will ship on Monday. Bank Holiday orders ship the next available working day.
