Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it’s undamaged. You’ll be eligible for a refund or an exchange. For any return issues or questions, contact us at team@beardrystore.com. Note: we reserve the right to refuse refunds on returns under certain conditions.
What if my item or size is out of stock?
If your product or size is out of stock, just email us at team@beardrystore.com. We’ll do our best to restock as quickly as possible.
Will these bags fit in within Airline requirements and at the "Sizer" at the airport?
Yes, all our backpacks & bags fit within airline restrictions. The duffle bag may be too large if completely filled, but all backpacks fit as a standard 'free' cabin bag.
How fast is UK delivery & When will my order be shipped?
We know you have adventures planned, all orders placed before 230pm will ship the same day. Orders after 230pm will ship the next working day. Orders placed over weekends will ship on Monday. Bank Holiday orders ship the next available working day.
Standard shipping is FREE and takes 3-4 working days. Express shipping takes 1-2 working days and goes via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Are the backpacks durable?
We use the highest fabric qualities (PVC & Oxford Materials) with reinforced stitching, and build quality.
Are the Backpacks comfortable?
Backpacks are all made with padded straps, weight distribution, ergonomic design, ventilated back panels, and fit-tests.
When will I get my order?
All orders are sent via Tracked Services, please check your tracking number once your order has shipped, and let us know if you have any questions and we will do our best to sort out any issue. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is Bear Dry a UK company?
Yes, we operate in the UK and all our stock is is in the UK, which means no long waits for shipping or import duties.
Will my laptop fit in a BackPack?
Yes all backpacks are built and feature a a padded internal sleeve that fit laptops up to 16 inches. The outer materials are all water-resistant to keep your tech gear dry.
