  • My size is not available? What can I do?
    If we are out of stock for a certain item's size, please let us know via our email: team@beardrystore.com, and we will do our best to get your size restocked as soon as possible.
  • When will my order by shipped?
    All orders placed after 10am will ship the next day. All weekend orders will ship on the Monday. Any Bank Holiday orders will ship the next available working day.
  • How long does postage take?
    UK Shipping: 1st Class: Royal Mail - expected time 1-2 days. 2nd Class: Royal Mail - expected time 3-5 days. International Shipping: European shipping time 7 days. Rest Of World shipping time 9 -18 days.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept all major credit cards and we also accept Paypal payments.
  • Can I return my item?
    Yes, if your item is returned within a 7 day period, we will process your return if undamaged. You will be eligible for a refund or a swap of items if needed. Any issues or questions, please contact: team@beardrystore.com We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return.
